- Select the Incident from the Incident List.
- In Investigation Section. Click on the Incomplete hyperlink near Investigation Respon.

- Notification will trigger for Immediate Supervisor of the injured employee only if "Notify Immediate Supervisor" check box is checked and screen is saved
- Investigation Responsibility Owners will continue to get notification by default
- There is a configuration to display the check box checked by default.
