An user can see count of Total Claims Submitted to TPA irrespective of business rules- Has a new metric in Metrics screen "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Submitted" that will show Actual number of Claims Submitted
- Existing metric "Total Workers' Compensation Claims" is renamed as "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Approved"
- The calculation will consider only Submitted claims where TPA Status is not "Rejected
- Revised formula will take effect starting year 2021
- "Total Workers' Compensation Claims (TWCC) Rate" formula is updated as "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Approved * 200000/Total Hours Worked"
