• User The user gets this validation message during save of Safety informationInformation
• Also, the user are facing incovinience is inconvenienced as the screen is not SOA

Purpose: 

• Usuability Usability improvements

Enhanced System:

• After saving chemical request details incase , in case the user clicks on GADSL / Safety tab 
• Incase In case the user clicks on the Safety or GADSL tab without saving atleast at least one ingredient, the system would show the same validation msg message: "Please add atleast at least one IngredientsIngredient/Constituent from Ingredient/Constituent Tab" with the OK button
• On click of When the user clicks OK, the system would redirect the user to ingredient the Ingredient section
• In the upcoming version, the Manage Request screen would be SOA with some new default views
