Enhanced System: The user would be able to:
- Add categories and assign it to the apps.
- Assigning a category to an app can be done from either "Edit Layout" screen or by from "Form Properties" tab.
- One app can be part of multiple categories.
- User would be able to see the apps by their categories on the home page.
- User can filter and sort the categories so that the apps appear as per his preference.
- "Recent" category is a system-defined category that always shows the apps based on the recent activity of the user.
- If an app is not categorized, then it would appear under "Uncategorized" system-defined category until the app is assigned a category.

5841 - Support "Read-Only" apps in related data control
Existing System: We currently have a card view with no configuration to change/adjust the layoutcan link all other apps except the Read-Only apps.
Purpose: To improve the user experience provide flexibility to link read-only apps records into other app records.
Enhanced System: The user would be able to:
- See the field labels as well as the data
- Open overdue action item counts will be displayed instead of the total count of action items
- To change the layout of the card view
- To set the preference as card view Select a "Read-Only" app in the "Form to Link" field of the related data control.
- Search and select the data into another app record.
- Click and view the Read-Only app record.

Existing System: We don't have formula builder support in action conditionsa Read-Only app for Chemical
Purpose: To be able to set dynamic conditions in the form using formula builder access chemical records in mobile using apps.
Enhanced System: The user would be able to:
- Create a new app - Chemical Management from the template with a 3-Step process.
- Step 1: User has to navigate to App Studio→ Form Properties→ Template Based property and set it as =Yes
- Step 2:

- See the formula builder option for Numeric, Date, and Time controls in the action conditions
- Configure all the supported formula expressions and functions in the action conditions as well All the Sections/ Fields of the app would auto-appear and hit save to complete the form configuration.
- Step 3: Once the form is saved, user would be able to configure the required fields in the List & Summary builder.
- Once above steps are completed, user would be able to access the chemical SDS library in mobile.
