Owners are the users who are assigned to complete the Action Item. Leaving the Notify Owners Immediately box checked will send an email notification to all of the owners of the assigned task.

In this 20.2 v, We have enabled the department field for all module action items and provided the option to create action items based on the asset and asset class for all modules.

  1. Currently, the Department field and Asset field are nonmandatory for all the modules.
  2. Both the fields can be changed to mandatory using common action item configuration by module
  3. The Department field and Asset field option are available for filter and column selection in the Manage Action item list screen.
