Purpose:

Enhanced System:
- Displays Supervisor's phone number field for Injury/Illness and Near Miss Incidents for US locations based on custom setting
- This custom setting is also applicable for Supervisor's Email field
- Existing Supervisor's Email show/hide custom setting is applied for Supervisor's Phone Number for Non-US Locations
- This custom setting works for both Injury/Illness and Near Miss
- The field will be mandatory/optional for Injury/Illness for US locations based on existing custom setting
- For Non-US locations and Near Miss Incidents the field will be always optional
