Once you are homepage, you can click on the “Incident Management” module shortcut.

Type in the Incident Title/Site IMS* and Check off the desired Incident Type

Once the Incident Type is selected, the Incident Details section will update with questions based on the Incident Type(s).

Select the the YES or NO button for question: Were multiple people injured as part of this incident?
