Note:-
Hours will be shown for Incident’s Departments only means if one Deprt has Hours and same dept doesn’t have Incidents then we will not get hours for that dept, If we have Incidents and hours then only we will get Hours in Model
We don’t have Dept wise Rates in IMS Cognos package, If want then we need to do in Report only, We need to do create 2 Queries in Report, one for Incidents and 2nd for Hours then we need to have Join on them then calculate Rates
