5. Bulk update the Group Observation. Bulk add/update option for Safe, At-Risk, NA, CommentsComments, Feedback.  Bulk update The bulk update will be applicable upon clicking the Apply button.Values for Total and % Safe calculation will also appear upon clicking the Apply button.Reset option to reset the field to the page default load. Select the All/Clear All behavior option.
