This document will demonstrate how to create a new list view for an existing form based on the user having the appropriate permissions within the system after accessing the default view associated with the from.
How to Access the Data Form
Click on Apps.
Select the Data Tab in Form
The Form will appear with the total number of records.
How to Add a New List ViewClick on Add New View option.
List View DetailsEnter the view name
Select the columns
Click on Save
