Purpose: To be able to create a case based on the restrictions data synced from Occ. health.
Enhanced System: Post the enhancement, the integrations will leverage the data entered in the Occupational health Module to App Builder (where the Supervisors can classify the restricted duty type) and then the respective triggers from the app builder will classify the case in IMS module (provided the Incident ID is linked by the user in Occupational Module).

Once an incident related to Employee’s work restriction is entered in the Incident Management module, Occupational Health user enters the Restriction details.
A provision is available in Occ Health for a supervisor to provide his consent for the work restriction created.
Once the restriction is approved, it will be synced to IMS module and a case is created.
This is a configurable feature and will have 2 views : Unprocessed Records where all unprocessed records are ready for review & all new records created after this screen is Live will show up. Secondly, Last 2 Months- where all records for the last 1-2 months will show up based on customer’s need.
