Existing System:
- SEGs currently do not allow us to track when employees enter and leave an SEG. Without this functionality, customer is unable to report on which employees are covered, or part of, each Similar Exposure Group. There are regulatory reporting requirements that all members of an SEG must be notified of sampling results that may impact them. Also, current system doesn't allow associating multiple SEGs to a single assessment.
Purpose:
- Ability to enroll/track Employees or track associated Medical Surveillance programs with SEG.
Enhanced System:
- Post the changes, user will have the ability to Use SEG to track when employees enter and leave an SEG and also have the ability to associate multiple SEGs to a single assessment, Sample record and Sample details. Also, users can extract the below reports for SEG.
