Data Locking Rules – Determines when data will be locked from editing. Only Admins have the permissions to add, edit, and delete data locking rules

1) Lock immediately - Will lock all data for the KPIs and locations selected in the rule once the "Save" button is clicked
2) Based on verification status - Will lock data based on the verification status of a KPI (must have verification rules already setup)
3) Lock for specific periods - Will lock data for the period of time selected during rule setup then unlock once period expires
4) Lock after few days of reporting .- Will lock data a set period of time (at least 1 day) after the data is entered and saved

1. Click on the Setup Icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
