Before Data Locking Rules can be setup:
|
1) Lock immediately - Will lock all data for the KPIs and locations selected in the rule once the "Save" button is clicked
2) Based on verification status - Will lock data based on the verification status of a KPI (must have verification rules already setup)
3) Lock for specific periods - Will lock data for the period of time selected during rule setup then unlock once period expires
4) Lock after few days of reporting - Will lock data a set period of time (at least 1 day) after the data is entered and savedsavedit

8. Complete the Details and click on the Save Button.
Updating/Deleting Data Locking Rules

- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Performance Management Menu Item.
4. Select Program Management menu item in Setup.
5. Select the Program from the list.
6. Click on the Data Locking Rules Tab.
7. Click on the Down Arrow.
8. Click on the Locking Title.
9. To Update the Details Data Locking Rules. Edit the Details and click on the Save Button.
10. To Delete a Data Locking Rule, Select the record from the list.
11. After selecting the Record, Click on the Delete Button.
12. After clicking on Delete Button, a Pop-up window will display a message "You are about to delete Data Locking record(s).Continue? Click on the OK Button.
