Instructions:
Creating a Default Management Review Role for a location:Anchor creatmgmt_rev creatmgmt_rev
- Click on Setup.
- Click on the Loctaion Setup Icon Location Setup.
- Click on the Incident Management Menu Item. Module Setup.

- Select the Management Review
...
- menu item located under Indicent Management.
...
- Click on the Add button.
6. Complete the Details in Role screen and click on the Save Button.

- Complete all mandatory fields for the new Role.
- Click on the Save button.
- Click on the Ok button.
- Repeat steps 5 through 8 to add additional roles.
