Existing System:
- We doesn't have the option to set a default value to a field when user is trying to add a new record to the form. The form header is occupying much of the space and because of this the usability of form builder area is affected.
Purpose:
- Reduce the time to complete a form by auto populating logged-in user's dataImprove the usability of form builder screen by increasing the actionable space of the screen to 90%.
Enhanced System:
- User would be able to set a default based on logged in user's profile - (List of controls and options mentioned below).User would be able to set a default value based on the condition configured in actions - for Text box, Numeric and toggle controls. see all the options in one screen and will be easier for building the form.
