IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR VERSION 18.3

Please be advised that MobilePro along with your EHS information system will receive an upgrade to version 18.3 on this weekend. During the upgrade your system may be unavailable intermittently. The intermittent connectivity may occur from 11:00 pm Friday, Nov. 9th through 12:00 pm (noon) Sunday, Nov. 11t h (Eastern). Please see important updates below.

  1. All the Mobile users would be prompted with an update button to upgrade to the latest app.
  2. All the customers who use MDM systems (Mobile Device Manager) should inform their respective IT department for pushing the app update to their user devices on Nov 12th.
  3. Please complete all offline data entries before 11:00 pm Friday, Nov. 9th by going Online, which will allow all of your data to completely sync to your desktop EHS application.
