By default, a task’s status is set to Open.  As tasks are completed, users can change the action item status to Closed.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on 'Modules' from the left pane
    1. Click on the 'Calendar' Module
  2. Click on the 'Manage Action Items' menu item
  3. Click the 'Action Item Name' link
  4. Complete the 'Complete' section
    1. Enter the 'Action Taken'
    2. Change the 'Action Item Status' to 'Closed'
  5. Click the 'Save' button
