Content Comparison

We can add delete a new Primary Reason Category to  from existing category by clicking on Add Delete button. 

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on Setup.
2. Click on Module Setup.
3. Click on BBS Module. 
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Primary Reason hyperlink. The Primary Reason Category screen will appear.
   
   
   
   

5. Click on the Name of the Primary Reason hyperlink Add button. 

6. Edit/Change the Name or Status.

8. Click on ok to confirm.
