- Click on Setup.
- Click on Module Setup.
- Click on BBS Module.
- Click on Primary Reason hyperlink. The Primary Reason Category screen will appear.
5. Click Select the Primary Reason checkbox which needs to be deleted and click on the Add Delete button.
6. Edit/Change the Name or Status.
7. Click on Save.
8. Click on ok to confirm.
