Users can create a near miss incident by checking the Near Miss incident type.
Step-by-step guide
- Click on "Modules" Icon Icon.
- Click on "Incident Management" Menu Item menu item.
- Click on "Report New Incident" Menu Item menu item.
- Select "Near Miss" In "Incident Type" in incident type.
- Fill all the Mandatory Fields and Click on "Save" Save button.
