Reporting a New Incident:
- Select the location in the Navigator for which the incident will be reported under.
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on Incident Management menu item.
- Click on Report New Incident menu item.
- Enter Incident Title/Site.
- Select the Incident Type.
