Step-by-Step Instructions:
Reporting a Near Miss Incident
In order to create an incident record user must navigate to a site/location to see the Report New Incident menu option.
Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Incident Management > Report New Incident
Type in Incident Title / Site*
Check off the Near Miss box for your Incident Type*
Complete all mandatory questions marked with the red asterisk(s) (* and **)

After saving and completing the Incident Detail Report the Incident Summary screen will be displayed. Users can then access the other components from the incident detail summary screen. Refer to: Near Miss Detail Summary |
