1. Select the location or level in the Navigator.
2. Click on the Modules icon.
3. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
4. Click on the Manage Incident Reports menu item.
5. Click on the blue hyperlink Incident ID from the Incident List screen.
5. Select the required Investigation Section that need Within the Investigate section click on the first blue Incomplete hyperlink to be completed, by clicking on the Incomplete Hyper Link.
