- Click on the "Modules" Icon icon.
- Click on the "Incident Management" Menu Item menu item.
- Click on the "Manage Claims" Menu Item menu item.
4. Select the Incident incident from the "Incident Claim List", Screenscreen.
5. Upload the file from the system, by clicking on the "Choose File Button"button.
6. Click on the "Save", Buttonbutton.7. After clicking on the Save Button button a Poppop-up window will be shown "Your information is successfully Savedconfirm it was successfully saved.
7. Click OK to proceed on to proceed next screen or Cancel to continue on this screen", Click on "OK", Buttonthe same screen.
