4. Click on Run Report hyperlink for Chemical List By Location(s).
   
   
   
   
5. Select the radio button at Selected Location(s).
6. Click on the Next button.
   
   
   
   
7. Select the Locations locations if any other locations are to be added by checking the check box and Click click on the Next button.
   
   
   
   
8. Click on the Next button.
   
   
   
   
9. Click on the Run Report button.
