  1. Click on the Documents Icon icon.
  2. Click on the Document Management Menu Item menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Documents Menu Item menu item.

 


4. Select the My Pending My Pending Uploads view from All Documents drop down.



5. Click on the Add Details  Details link.



6. Select the Department from the Department drop down list.

7. After selecting the Department, Complete the Remaining Mandatory Fields and Click  complete the remaining mandatory fields and click on the Save button.
