Existing System:
- In Manage Chemical Upload screen when When the user is trying tries to access the linked excel Excel files for the Chemicals uploaded in the "Manage Chemical Upload" screen, the system throws shows a 404 error message

The system would After importing the chemical file, the system will retrieve the data from the excel and Excel that is saved to the system upon clicking on the save Save button after imported the chemical file
Existing Data: Will not be able to retrieve the files. Customer need The customer needs to provide the files for existing data. Will not be a prob an issue for new records
