Existing System:
- The system system does not have a view where user can find upcoming events from Audit Module
Purpose:
- Provide
Enhanced System:
- CurrentlyProvide a view to where user can find all or assigned upcoming events (Scheduled Audits, Findings and Action Items)
Enhanced System:
- Has a widget available in Home page widget Library under Audits Module
- The widget displays Audits, Findings, Action Items from Audit Module
- Default filters: Today, All Events, My View (Assigned to logged in user)
- The Cards are assigned color based on the status and events are distinguished by Icon
- Clicking on the card takes the user to respective events questionnaire/detail screen
- The widget is added in Audit Dashboard view as well
- It also has a link to navigate to Full Calendar screen in Calendar module and filters will carry over

Existing System:
- The system system does not have a way to setup frequently used protocols and use them create quick inspections
Purpose:
- Provide Provide a widget that shows protocol library grouped by Program Type and option to quick start/access an Inspection
Enhanced System:

- Has a widget available in Home page widget Library under Audits Module
- The widget displays all configured protocol as tiles grouped by Program Type displayed as Shelf
- Every shelf has option to scroll through the tiles if there are more tiles than available space
- Admins have flexibility to configure protocols that should display in the Widget for quick access
- Click on each tile give options to:
- Start Inspection
- Scheduled Inspection - Navigate to Manage Audit where the list will be filtered by the protocol
- Manage Findings - Navigate to Manage Finding List screen where the list will be filtered by the program where protocol is used
- Manage Action Items - Navigate to Action Item List screen where the list will be filtered by the program/finding where protocol is used
- For initial roll-out we have configured top 5 protocols from each Program type to display on the widget based on number of Audit program configured

Purpose:
- Provide Provide option to create Audits for Contractors

- Selecting the option displays a contractor autocomplete field where values from both types corporate and location are displayed
- User can select multiple values
- Similar to department or other sub types, system allows to complete questionnaire for each contractor value selected in Program Details

Purpose:
- Provide Provide an option for the user to enforce question comment for a specified Response Type
Enhanced System:
- CurrentlyUser can enforce question comment based on response type selected for the question
- User can configure multiple response types in Program Details screen
- If comment is enforced, system will mark the comment Icon as Red
- The Program be displayed as incomplete if any question has comment enforced and it is blank
- The question will also be counted as unanswered everywhere in the application
- Fields in Advanced Details are arranged in the order those are applied in Audit workflow
