Click on Apps
Click on Manage Imports.
Click on New Import.
Select the Form.
Upload the File.
Click on Next.
Map the fields with Uploaded file.
Click on Validate Mapping.
Validate the data and check the Statistics
Click on Begin Import.
The Uploaded data will be imported into the App.
