PMP-93360 As an end user I want Program Type Filter in "Finding Status By Type" widget

Existing System: 

...

• There is only Date filter available which is a mix of Date filter and My View or All View
• Users cannot configure the widget to see My Findings for a specific period
• Users cannot get count Finding count by Finding Type for a specific Program Type 

Purpose: 

• Provide flexibility to customers Provide more filters to enhance usability of the widget

Enhanced System:

• Has an 3 filter options Date,  View and Program Type
• In Date filter in addition to existing options Custom Date Range filter is also added
• In View Filter My Findings (Default) and All Findings are the options
• Program Type filter would display all Active and Inactive Program Type values as per Look up value configuration
