Existing System

  • The current LMS module is experiencing latency issues , and when users are trying to assign the sessions to employees and the reason is identified to be the Employee Picklist when users are trying to assign the sessions to employees Employee Picklist. Users have to navigate through multiple steps to search, add or delete employees which is sometimes cumbersome.

Purpose: 

  • To provide flexibility to customers to export LMS Session and Outcome data in a format that can be then fed into any analytics tool. provide a simple and a revamped Employee Picklist that is easy to use and has better performance.  

Enhanced System:

  • The enhanced system aims to address the performance degradation, prolonged loading times and provide a simple navigation to enroll & withdraw employees.

Impacts: NA


a) User will have a new option to enroll or withdraw employee. The text box will have the standard message. The 2 'Enroll and Withdraw Employee' will replace the existing ‘Picklist’.

b) To add employees for the 1st time, select the required employees and click on ‘Enroll Employee’.

c) Users will now be able to see the already selected employees in this screen which allows them the option to withdraw by ticking against the employee names.

PMP-95188: Implement auto-schedule session enhancement for the new employees.

Existing System

  • Auto schedule is currently allowing for the new employees when the training start date is greater than the current date. If the training start date is lesser than current date, system has a limitation to auto-schedule the sessions.

Purpose: 

  • To provide flexibility to customers to auto-schedule a session for the new employees. 

Enhanced System:

  • User will now have an option to auto-schedule the session either for Training Start Date or Training Due Date.

Impacts: NA


Clicking on the 'Auto-schedule this session for any newly added employee to this location', will activate a new field 'From Current Date to' for users to choose from the 2 options.
