PMP-49026 Introduce a user widget to display complete user profile

Existing System:

• Doesn't have the user widget. 

Purpose: 

• Provide ability to see user specific data.

Enhanced System:

• Shows rates in Fiscal by default
  • If Fiscal year configuration is not available it show a relevant alert in Widget
• Allows users to choose between calendar year and Fiscal year options and Save the preference at Widget levelDisplays logged-in user's profile with details like - Login Name, Active Date and Location scope. 
• Also displays data about User's Open action items, Management review, Samples and Observations. Clicking these links will take user to the respective module list screen. 
• The default filter would be "Current and Previous Month" and other available filters are "Current & Next Month" and "Current Year".

• Provide ability to see mobile statistics to analyze mobile adoption %.

Enhanced System:

• Capture login statistics like - No. of logins by user and location and the session time. 
• Also capture the type of mobile device - Android/IOS/Windows.

• Currently, there is no restriction on the number of levels of department hierarchy.

• The limit is set to 5 levels of department hierarchy. 
• For existing customers, the limit is set to current maximum level or 5 whichever is higher. 
• This change will be application while adding a department from location setup, Department picklist and import tool for departments.
