Corporate Administrators will have the ability to configure the Action Item Library. The Action Item Library is used to:
- create tasks that can be copied down from to a location(s) Task Management list.
- push down tasks to a location(s) Task Management list or Calendar.

Instructions:
Creating a task in the Action Item Library
- Click on the "Setup" Icon.
- Click on the "Module Setup" Menu menu Item.
- Click on the "Task Management" Menu menu Item.

- Click on the "Add" Button.
- Fill in the details under "Create", screen and click on the Save Button.

Allows administrator to select the Primary Owners Role.

| When selecting “Yes” to “Distribute to locations”, and the task status is “Approved”. This will automatically add the task to the location's Task Management List screen.
Otherwise, if "No" to "Distribute to locations" is selected the tasks has to be manually added to the Task Management List screen from “Add from Library” tab in the Task Management
