- Select the location or level in the Navigator.
- Click on the "the Modules" Icon icon.
- Click on the "the Incident Management" Menu Item menu item.
- Click on the "Manage Incident Reports" Menu Itemthe Manage Incident Reports menu item.

- Click on the blue hyperlink Incident ID from the Incident List screen.
5. Select the required Investigation Section that need to be complted.
a. Fill in the Incident Details under "Investigation Questions", screen.
b. Click on the "Save" Button.

- In Investigate section, click on the "Incomplete" hyperlink near Investigation Question.
- Complete all the fields in Investigation Questions screen and Click on the Save Button.
