The following actions can be accessed from the Manage Work Area screen for each Work Area by selecting the action from the Actions column.
Edit Behaviors(s) – Allows users to edit an existing behavior’s attributes.
Report Observation Data – Allows users to report an observation record for the selected work area. Observations can be reported peer to peer or by group.
View Observation Summary – Allows users to access the observation list.

1. In the BBS Menu  menu item screen, Click click on "Manage Work Area". A new page with Work Area Details appears on the screen.
2. Click on "Actions" dropdownthe Actions drop-down menu. You will see various actions like " Edit Behaviours"Behaviors, " Report Observation Data" & "View Observation Summary".
3. Edit Behaviours Behaviors: 
   1. Select "Edit Behaviours" from the "Actions" dropdown  Edit Behaviors from the Actions drop-down menu. 
   2. For the work Area thus area selected. ,  a screen with the dropdown drop-down list of behaviours behaviors will appear on the screen. Select the required behavious behaviors to be edited and click on "Go" Go. 
   3.  Select Select and choose the fields from the respective dropdown drop-down fields in the "Behavious Details" section Behaviors Details section and click on "Save" .
   4. Click "OK" when  when the confirmation dialogue Confirmation box appears.
