- Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
4. Select the Contributing Factors menu item in General Liability Incident Management Lookup Values.
5. To Add a new new new Contributing Factor sub-section/level, Select the Section/Level under Contributing Factors in the left hand pane.
6. Click on the Add Button New Button.
7. Complete the Details in Contributing Factors screen and click on the Save Button.
