1. Click on the Module Modules icon.

2. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.

   Users can select from the following menu items for the Risk Assessment Module

   
   

   Dashboard 

   Allows users to access summary data based on the Risk Assessment, Risk Levels and Risk Scores.

   Add New

   Add New	Allows users to create a new Risk Assessment.

   the Risk Assessments created for the specific location or level selected in the navigator.
   Manage Action Items	List screen
