2. It will nnavigate to Tasks/Hazards list screen.
3. Click on the Add button.

4. Has a new single selection drop downfield "Task/Activity Category" in Task Details screen to categorize tasks(There is a look-up value provided for the administrators to manage values for this field)
5. Complete all the fields and click on the Save button.
