Restrict access to other sections without save of ingredients post save of Request details- After saving chemical request details in case the user clicks on the GADSL / Safety tab
- In case the user clicks on the Safety or GADSL tab without saving at least one ingredient system would show the same validation msg "Please add at least one Ingredient/Constituent from Ingredient/Constituent Tab" with OK button
- On click of OK, the system would redirect to the ingredient section
