DAP-1943 - Enhance Notification Manager - to enable user to configure alerts and reminders and set recurrence

Enhanced System: the user would be able to: 

  • Schedule a notification to be sent based on the recurrence pattern.
  • Based on the first notification date and the recurrence pattern system would send out the notifications for every record. 
  • Notify Until option would be helpful to configure how many times the notification has to repeat. 
  • Any notifications configured would be triggered for only the records created after the notification is configured.

 Usability improvements on

Android App

Existing SystemCurrently, there are a few usability gaps on iOS and Andriod Android platforms.  

Purpose: To improve usability

  • Now the card view of the home page would also display also the count number of records which that are available on a mobile device.
  • It also shows the count number of records that are yet to sync.

  • List screen will now support a two-column display. 
  • It would will display the count number of open and overdue action items.
  • There would will be an icon to identify if whether there are any attachments to that record. 
  • Even users can Users will know that whether a record is synced or not with the help of a sync icon. 

Summary Page: 

  • Support for Summary page configured in the summary builder. 
  • User would will be able to print reports, duplicate a record and also can see a preview of the documents from summary screen.

Existing System: Currently, this is available only in webon Web

Purpose: Ability to support conditional printing of the custom reports.

Enhanced System: User would be able to:

  • Ability to print Print only the fields which are shown in the form.
  • User has to check Check the option "Don't print hidden fields.".
  • Ability to configure Configure and print repeaters/action items/Related related data and attachments in the custom report template
  • Note: This option is now an online-only feature. User can't access this feature when offline. 

Impacts on existing reports:  No impact, the option would default to "No." . User can turn on if required.
