This option is normally only available to the System Admin unless otherwise specified.
The help menu allows users access to the following items:
- Report Ticket/View Status
- System Administrator Details
- Browser Compatibility File
- Quick Start Guide
- Resources
- ProcessMAP Help Site
- ProcessMAP Online Privacy Policy
- Build Release Version
Report Ticket/View Status | Selecting the Report Ticket/View Status will allow users to report an issue via the ticket management system or view the status of their ticket. This is only available for system administrators. All other users should contact their system administrator if they have an issue that needs to be reported. | ||
System Administrator Details | The System Administrator Details provides users with the contact information for their System Administrator at their Company. | Browser CompatibilityUsers can access the Browser Compatibility file which contains information on which browsers will work with the ProcessMAP System. | |
Quick Start Guide | The Quick Start Guide contains all of the on-line help ProcessMAP Help Site | On-line help site with access to help guides, quick guides and , release notes, and videos for each module. | Resources | Resources will open up a SharePoint site that contains client specific documentation that has been uploaded by the Company/ProcessMAP.
ProcessMAP Online Privacy Policy | Provides access to document informing of our online privacy policy. | ||
Build Release Version | Provides the current build version company your ProcessMAP System is running on. |
Step by Step Instructions:
Accessing the Help Menu
- Click the the "?" located in the upper right
- Select the desired Help menu item
- Version Number will be available.
Accessing the "Need Assistance" option.
The "Need Assistance" option can provide how to's and walk throughs for modules. Click on the option and ask a question or pick one of the available options.
The system can then walk you through the process.
