This document demonstrates how to add more than one injured person to an Injuryany additional injured people that were involved within an Injury/Illness incident.
When reporting an Injury/Illness:
1. Select Yes for the "

Reporting Additional Injured People:
Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Incident Management > Report New Incident
- Type in Incident Title / Site*
- Check off the Injury/Illness box for your Incident Type*
- Select the the YES button for question: Were multiple people injured as part of this incident?

When YES is selected the following component is added: Additional Injury/Illness Incidents

- An additional section will populate : Additional Injury/ Illness. Click on Add button.
All mandatory fields within the Incident Detail Report must be saved and completed first before you can add any additional injured people to an incident.

- Complete all mandatory fields and click on Save button.
