Report Ticket/View StatusSelecting the Report Ticket/View Status will allow users to report an issue via the ticket management system or view the status of their ticket. This is only available for system administrators.  All other users should contact their system administrator if they have an issue that needs to be reported.  

System Administrator Details

The System Administrator Details provides users with the contact information for their System Administrator at their Company. 

ProcessMAP Help Site

On-line help site with access to help guides, quick guides, release notes, and videos for each module.

ProcessMAP Online Privacy Policy

Provides access to document informing of our online privacy policy. 

Build Release Version

Provides the current build version company your ProcessMAP System is running on.

Step by Step Instructions:

Accessing the Help Menu

  1. Click the Image Removedthe "?" located in the upper right
  2. Select the desired Help menu item
  3. Version Number will be available.

Accessing the "Need Assistance" option.


The "Need Assistance" option can provide how to's and walk throughs for modules.  Click on the option and ask a question or pick one of the available options.
