This document demonstrates how to add any additional injured people that were involved within an Injury/Illness incident.

  1. Type in Incident Title / Site*
  2. Check off the Injury/Illness box for your Incident Type*
  3. Select the the YES button for question: Were multiple people injured as part of this incident?

  4. An additional section will populate :  Additional Injury/ Illness. Click on Add button.
    (info) All mandatory fields within the Incident Detail Report must be saved and completed first before you can add any additional injured people to an incident.



  5. Complete all mandatory fields and click on Save button.
