Page Comparison

Users can use the Risk Assessment module to identify tasks and their associated hazards, calculate initial and final residual risk ratings, identify controls, manage action item plans and upload necessary attachments.  

Accessing the Risk Assessment 

1. Click on the Module Modules icon.

2. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.

   Users can select from the following menu items for the Risk Assessment Module

   
   

   Dashboard	Allows users to access summary data based on the Risk Assessment, Risk Levels and Risk Scores.
   Add NewAdd New	Allows users to create a new Risk Assessment.
   Manage	List screen showing all of the Risk Assessments created for the specific location or level selected in the navigator.
   Manage Action Items	List screen shows showing all of the action items created for the specific location or level selected in the navigator.
