   Users can select from the following menu items for the Risk Assessment Module

   
   

   Add New	Allows users to create a new Risk Assessment.
   Manage	List screen showing all the Risk Assessments created for the specific location or level selected in the navigator.
   Manage Action Items	List screen shows showing all the action items created for the specific location or level selected in the navigator.
