There are several usability issues with the current design
Purpose: To improve the usability of the report. questionnaire screen
Enhanced System:
- Audits Report has the option to include images attached to questions in the Audit Questionnaire Summary.
- Has now the ability to include Action Item Summary with images.
- Make the entire report consistent in displaying images.

In Lead Auditors tab, the selections made in basic details section will carry.
This option is available for Basic/Advanced/Template Audits.

Existing System:
- We doesn't have a identifier to show the questionnaire completion status.
Purpose: To improve the usability of the system.
Enhanced System:
- Complete/Incomplete icon would be shown on the Audits list screen which clearly indicates which audit questionnaire status.
- We show the questions count on hover.
- For a department audit, it shows the cumulative count of all departments for that location.
- Also, on clicking the Program hyperlink, user would directly land to the questionnaire screen.
Impacts: None
Questionnaire improvements include:
- Display of names below the "Reload Protocol" menu
- Giving an alert when the user tries to click on "Reload Protocol"
- Restrict reloading if the protocol status is inactive (which leads to loss of data)
- Dynamically change the color of the response text for a question based on the color configured, e.g., white text for a dark background and vice versa
- Have the counts of the Program Results page and Program Summary to be in sync with the questionnaire
