Existing System:  There are several usability issues with the current design  Currently, we don't have this feature 

Purpose: To improve the usability of the questionnaire screen  provide the ability to conduct a "By-Employee" audit

Enhanced System: Questionnaire improvements Changes include:

  • Display of names below the "Reload Protocol" menu
  • Giving an alert when the user tries to click on "Reload Protocol"
  • Restrict reloading if the protocol status is inactive (which leads to loss of data)
  • Dynamically change the color of the response text for a question based on the color configured, e.g., white text for a dark background and vice versa
  • Have the counts of the Program Results page and Program Summary to be in sync with the questionnaire 

Impacts: No Impact

  • Introduce a new field - "Audit Sub-Type" with values - Asset, Employee and Department
  • This new field would be available for Basic Audits, Advanced Audit and Audit Templates 
  • It would be available only for Site Audits and it would be a non-mandatory field 
  • On selecting the audit subtype, the user would see a picklist to select Employee 
  • Users would be able to fill the questionnaire by asset or employee 

Field Deprecation: Currently, we have a field "Audit By Department - Yes/No". This field would be deprecated

Purpose: To uniquely identify an Audit

Enhanced System: 

  • Audit ID would be generated for every Audit by Location 
  • The default format would be - Country Code - Location Code - Audit Create Year (YY) - Audit Type (C or S) - sequence by Location and Year
  • The system would support ID format configurations like Location Name/Code, Calendar/Fiscal Year, Delimiter Configuration and Audit Type Code 
  • Audit ID would be displayed across the module in all relevant screens and Audit Header as shown in the screen shot below

  • Once a section is mandatory, user wouldn't be able to select the option of making a question section not-applicable 
  • We have also given additional flexibility to user while creating a protocol to copy all questions from the selected question section
