Existing Fashionable System: Currently, we don't have this feature. a widget on sustainability
Purpose: To provide the ability to conduct by employee audit and by asset audit.view KPI Data on home page
Enhanced System: Changes include:
- Introduce a new field - "Audit Sub-Type" with values - Asset, Employee and Department.
- This new field would be available for Basic Audits, Advanced Audit and Audit Templates.
- It would be available only for Site Audits and it would be a non-mandatory field.
- On selecting the audit subtype, the user would see a picklist for him to select Department or Asset or Employee based on the subtype selected.
- Currently, we have a field "Audit By Department - Yes/No". This field would be deprecated.
- Users, would be able to fill the questionnaire by asset or employee.
Impacts: Mobile, Reports and BI.
- The widget would show the location-level KPI data in three chart types - Line, Column and Pareto.
- X-Axis of the widget would display the time period as per the reporting frequency of the KPI.
- On click, it would navigate to view data screen with filters.
- It has filter options as - Year, Program, KPI and UOM.
- This Widget has a copy option that helps users to actually build a dashboard with all relevant KPI data.
- This widget is permission-based and would be visible only if user has Performance Management module permission.

Existing System: Doesn't have any system generated Id
Purpose: To uniquely identify an Audit
Enhanced System:
- Audit ID would be generated for every Audit by Location.
- The default format would be - Country Code - Location Code - Audit Create Year(YY) - Audit Type( C or S ) - Sequence by Location and Year
- System would support ID format configurations like Location Name/Code, Calendar/Fiscal Year, Delimiter Configuration and Audit Type Code.
- Audit ID would be displayed across the module in all relevant screens and Audit Header as shown in the screen shot below.

Enhanced System:
The system would allow the user to derive various outputs based on the combination of below-listed fields from Incident Management:
- Incident Type - Injury/Illness and Near Miss
- Personnel Type - All Personnel Types created in the system and available in IMS
- Incident Significance Level
- Classification for Nature of Injury Illness - (Injury/Illness)
- Was this case Work-related? - (Y/N)
- Incident Case Classification – (FA/LT/RD/OR/Fatality)
- OSHA Recordable (Y/N)
- Incident Severity Question (Could this have resulted in a life-altering injury or fatality?) - (Near Miss, Env, PD and Vehicle)
- Incident Sub-type
- Incident Severity Field (Near Miss, Env)
Enabling this feature would have an impact to the existing programs. Work-related metrics page in other module picklist would no longer be visible if this configuration is turned on.
Incident KPIs need to be re-mapped to this and going forward the new configurations would apply. Old data wouldn't be affected.
